HYBRID Personal Lines Account Executive (Worcester, MA - $80,000-$90,000)

Classification: Salary-Exempt
Location: Worcester, MA
Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

(Include but are not limited to:)

  • Manage day-to-day personal insurance needs for high-net-worth clients
  • Advise clients on coverage options, exposures, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate effectively with insurance carrier partners
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication with clients
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in agency systems
  • Support company mission, values, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of P&C Insurance experience
  • Active MA P&C License required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to support client resolutions
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Applied Epic preferred
